This aircraft named the Sacred Cow was built in 1944 for President Franklin Roosevelt. After his death in 1945, President Harry Truman signed the National Security Act of 1947 while on board this aircraft. The act established the US Air Force as an independent service, making the Sacred Cow the "birth place" of the United States Air Force.

ha ha I was there a few weeks ago! they have improved soo much, they have so many new aircraft on display, I have some pictures in my gallery for my visit, and im still putting up more.
